6. Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that our services will be performed with professional skill and care. However:
- We do not guarantee specific results or performance metrics
- Mobile applications depend on third-party platforms and services
- App store approval is subject to platform policies
- Technology evolves and may affect application compatibility
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Third-party actions or platform policy changes
- Data loss (clients are responsible for backups)
8. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. We will not disclose sensitive information without explicit consent, except as required by law.
9. Support and Maintenance
Post-launch support terms are specified in individual agreements. Generally includes:
- Bug fixes for a specified warranty period
- Optional ongoing maintenance packages
- Emergency support availability
- Update and enhancement services
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination:
- Client pays for all work completed to date
- We deliver all work product in our possession
- Confidentiality obligations continue
- Refunds handled as per project agreement
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Azerbaijan. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of Azerbaijan.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
